Membership Registration
Simply fill out your personal details and register online, you can
become our elementary or VIP members. Due to security and
privacy issue FMB keeps the membership for 3 years and if the
membership is not used within the 3 year period we will
automatically delete the profile from our records. We keep strict
confidence in terms of protecting your private information therefore
does not disclose any personal details to outside parties.
Membership Benefits
Rewards for becoming our elementary members are referred as
per below:
1. See and examine registering free of charge.
2. Birthday specials and discounts offers exclusively for members-
(please refer to our “Hot News and Updates”)
3. physician’s consultation are free of charge.
4. Frequent updates on our newest technology and medical
information (please refer to our “Hot News and Updates”)
For our VIP members not only would you receive all the above
benefits, you would also receive
a. Additional discounts for our beauty products which would be
release shortly.
Elementary Membership:
All you have to do is complete the below form and send it to us
and we will advice you if you have successfully become our
elementary members.
VIP members
You can upgrade to our VIP members if you are already two
existing elementary member and have previous undergo two
or more surgical treatments in CHIEN-PING CHEN PLASTIC
SURGERY CLINIC. All you have to do introduce 2 or more
companion, who has completed a surgical treatment each
after January, 1st 2006. After registration FMB would advice
if you have successfully become our VIP members.
FMB reserves the right to change or modify any of the above
conditions subject to our condition.
